Gently remind that our deadline for self-review completion is Jan 13, EST. Please encourage your team member to complete their review. This is a hard deadline and we don’t have option to reopen the step for employee. Now the completion status of AIG Thailand is 51%.

When you would like to see employee’s self-review, you may encounter that Workday didn’t fully support in local script. Here is the temporary solution. Please download the self-review report to Word document file, select all (Ctrl+A), copy (Crtl+C), open the new document and paste (Crtl+P) the content to the new document. You will be able to change the content to the new font type (such as Tahoma, Cordia, Angsana). Thanks to Khun Patchara’s team who found out and let me know.

For those who would like to get mid-year reviews report from Talent Connection, below are a few simple steps to retrieve mid-year review doc. This will have both employee’s and manager’s comments.

a) Click on My Tasks in Talent Connection homepage


b) Check the box “Show completed and expired tasks”


c) Locate your mid-year review task and click on it. It will download a pdf doc that has your mid-year review comments and manager’s comments as well.
