การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจคงอยู่ของพนักงาน บริษัท MSSL WH Systems (Thailand) Co.,Ltd เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจซึ่งใช้การเก็บข้อมูลโดยการให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างตอบ แบบสอบถามเพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติและสรุปผลการวิจัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการจนถึงพนักงานระดับหัวหน้างานของ บริษัท MSSL WH Systems (Thailand) จำกัด จำนวน 120 คน ความคลาดเคลื่อนของการสุ่มตัวอย่าง 0.05 กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 92 คน แบบสอบถาม แบ่งออกเป็น6 ส่วน ดังนี้ ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม และประวัติการทำงาน ส่วนที่ 2 การรับรู้ความความยุติธรรมจากอัตราผลตอบแทนของบริษัท ส่วนที่3ระดับการรับรู้การพัฒนาด้านความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพของพนักงานส่วนที่4ความพึงพอใจในการทำ งานกับบริษัท ส่วนที่ 5 ความผูกพันที่มีต่อบริษัท ส่วนที่ 6 การรักษาไว้ซึ่งบุคลากรของบริษัท ส่วนที่ 7 ข้อเสนอแนะและความคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้โดยการนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามจำนวน92ชุดมาตรวจสอบ ความสมบูรณ์และความถูกต้องจากนั้นจึงนำข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและประมวลผลด้วย เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปSPSS
ดังนี้ เพศผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศชายมากกว่าเพศหญิงโดยเป็นเพศชายจำนวน52คน อายุผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่มีอายุระหว่าง18-25ปีเงินเดือนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมากที่สุดระดับเงินเดือน ระหว่าง15,001-30,000บาท ระดับการศึกษาผู้ตอบสอบถามมากที่สุดคือปริญญาตรี จำนวน 40 คน สถานภาพผู้ตอบสอบถามมากที่สุดคือสถานภาพโสดจำนวน66คนตำแหน่งงานที่มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมากที่สุดคือ พนักงานปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 45 คน ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมากที่สุดคือผู้มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี จำนวน 39 คน ด้านการรับรู้ความความยุติธรรมจากอัตราผลตอบแทนของบริษัทพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมได้3.48 ซึ่งผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความเห็นด้วยปานกลาง(ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง2.50-3.49)ด้านระดับการรับรู้การพัฒนา ด้านความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพของพนักงานพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมได้3.36ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความเห็นด้วยปานกลาง(ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง2.50-3.49)ด้านความพึงพอใจในการทำงานกับบริษัทพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมได้ 3.50ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความเห็นด้วยระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง3.50–4.49) ด้านความผูกพัน ที่มีต่อบริษัทพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมได้ 3.65 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความเห็นด้วยระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง 3.50 – 4.49) ด้านการรักษาไว้ซึ่งบุคลากรของบริษัทพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมได้ 3.26 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความเห็นด้วยระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง 2.50 – 3.49)
จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจคงอยู่ของพนักงานของบริษัท MSSL WH Systems (Thailand) จำกัด สูงสุดคือ ความพึงพอใจในการทำงานกับบริษัทรองลงมาคือ ความผูกพันที่มีต่อบริษัท ดังนั้น บริษัทจำเป็นต้องสร้างความพึงพอใจในการทำงานให้กับพนักงาน โดยการปลูกฝังให้พนักงานเกิดความภาคภูมิใจในงานที่ทำและรู้สึกว่าตนเองเป็น ส่วนหนึ่งของบริษัท เชื่อ มั่นในการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารของบริษัทส่วนด้านความผูกพันที่มีต่อบริษัทควรทำให้พนักงานปฏิบัติ งานอย่างเต็มใจ และเต็มความสามารถโดยคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ขององค์กรเป็นหลัก
