งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานศาลปกครองเชียงใหม่ โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากบุคลากรสำนักงานศาลปกครองเชียงใหม่ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 109 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบตอบด้วยตนเอง (Self – Administered Ouestionnaire) ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอถามระดับความคิดเห็นที่ก่อให้เกิดความสุขในการทำงาน ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมได้มาตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ และได้ผลการศึกษา สรุปผล อภิปรายผล และข้อเสนอแนะและได้ผลการศึกษาสามารถสรุปผล
จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี สถานภาพสมรส อายุงานในองค์กรต่ำกว่า10 ปีและ11-20 ปี อัตราเงินเดือน10,001-30,000 บาท ระดับการทำงานระดับปฏิบัติการ
ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานศาลปกครองเชียงใหม่ ในภาพรวมในแต่ละด้านมีระดับความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากในแต่ละด้านทุกด้าน(ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.89) โดยให้ความสำคัญอยู่ในแต่ละด้านคือ ด้านค่านิยม(ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.16) รองลงมาด้านความสัมพันธ์(ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.96) ด้านผู้นำ(ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.91) ด้านคุณภาพชีวิต(ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.86) ด้านงาน(ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.59)ตามลำดับ และระดับความสุขในการทำงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยให้ความสำคัญมากที่สุดคือ ความรื่นรมย์ในการทำงาน(ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.09) ความพึงพอใจในงาน(ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.93) และความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน(ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.85) ตามลำดับ
