TICON Logistics Park Co., Ltd. (TPARK) was established in August 2005 as a subsidiary of
TICON INDUSTRIAL CONNECTION PCL. TICON has a 99.99 percent stake in TPARK with
paid-up capital of Baht 2,500 million.
TPARK’s objective is to develop logistics parks for Ready-Built Warehouses (RBW), full
specification logistics facilities for lease and/or sale. Site facilities include high standard
infrastructure and systems to response to the needs of the logistics industry. Currently,
TPARK has 2 logistics parks located at Bangna Trad and Wangnoi, and another logistics
project at Laemchabang. TPARK’s currently developments cover more than 400,000 sq m.
Furthermore TPARK is also capable of providing Build-to-Suit (BTS) facilities tailored to the
customers’ requirements. We can also arrange Sale-and-Leaseback (S&L) transactions of
existing warehouses
