บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความเครียดในการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลนาโยง จังหวัดตรัง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความเครียดในการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลนาโยง จังหวัดตรัง จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 154 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้สถิติ t test for independent samples, one way analysis of variance และทำการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของ Least significant difference ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่าเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลนาโยง จังหวัดตรัง ส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 77.30) อายุ 41-50 ปี (ร้อยละ 39.00) สถานภาพคู่ (ร้อยละ 72.70) การศึกษาปริญญาตรี (ร้อยละ 64.30) รายได้ของครอบครัว มากกว่า 30,000 บาท/เดือน (ร้อยละ 39.00) ประเภทงานบริการ (ร้อยละ 90.90) ชั่วโมงในการทำงาน 8 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน (ร้อยละ 76.60) ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 21 ปีขึ้นไป (ร้อยละ 36.40) มีความเครียด ในการทำงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 2.52, SD=0.417) และผลการวิเคราะห์การเปรียบเทียบความเครียดในการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลนาโยง จังหวัดตรัง จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่าเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลนาโยง จังหวัดตรัง ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่ต่างกัน มีความเครียดในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
