ปริญญานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาแนวทาง ข้อเสนอแนะในการให้ความรู้กับประชาชนเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายควบคุมอาคารในเขตเทศบาลห้วยผึ้ง อำเภอห้วยผึ้ง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้จากประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลห้วยผึ้งที่มีการบังคับใช้กฎหมายควบคุมอาคาร จำนวน 200 ราย ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการตอบแบบสอบถามในครั้งนี้ถูกนำมา วิเคราะห์ จำแนกเป็นการหาค่าสรุปของข้อมูลโดยใช้หลักสถิติพื้นฐาน ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า ประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลห้วยผึ้ง มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจและความคิดเห็นมากพอสมควร แต่ก็มีประชาชนอีกบางส่วนที่ยังไม่ค่อยจะเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับเรื่องของการบังคับใช้กฎหมายควบคุมอาคาร รวมทั้งการให้ข่าวสารความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายควบคุมอาคารในเขตเทศบาลยังน้อยอยู่
