ศาสตราจารย์จิตติ ติงศภัทิย์ (16 มีน

ศาสตราจารย์จิตติ ติงศภัทิย์ (16 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2451 – 3 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2538) เป็นนักกฎหมายชาวไทย รับตำแหน่งองคมนตรีตั้งแต่ปี 2527 ถึง 2538 และถึงแก่อสัญกรรมในตำแหน่ง จิตติประสิทธิ์ประสาทวิชากฎหมายมาเป็นเวลานานจนได้รับยกย่องเป็นปรมาจารย์แห่งวงการกฎหมายไทย และได้รับการกล่าวขานว่า ตั้งมั่นอยู่ในความบริสุทธิ์ยุติธรรม

สมรสกับ คุณหญิงตลับ (โล่ห์สุวรรณ) ติงศภัทิย์ เภสัชศาสตร์บัณฑิตจากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย บุตรีนายร้อยเอกหลวงมลายบรจักร (บุญมี โล่ห์สุวรรณ) และนางจรูญมลายบรจักร เมื่อ วันที่ 30 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2489 มีบุตร-ธิดา เป็น ชาย 1 หญิง 5

รับราชการเป็นพนักงานอัยการในกรมอัยการ กระทรวงมหาดไทย ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2471 และได้โอนย้ายมารับราชการเป็นข้าราชการฝ่ายตุลาการศาลยุติธรรม ต่อมาใน พ.ศ. 2512 จึงลาออกจากราชการเพราะรับราชการนาน ในตำแหน่งผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าคณะในศาลฎีกา และได้ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานกฎหมาย (ปัจจุบันคือฝ่ายกฎหมาย) ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย จนเกษียณอายุราชการที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย หลังจากนั้นได้ดำรงตำแหน่งสำคัญต่างๆ ดังนี้
