สิ่งที่ได้รับและความประทับใจจากการไปศึกษาดูงานและจัดกิจกรรมที่โรงเรียนสุพรรณบุรีปัญญานุกูลและได้เข้าไปดูงานที่โรงเรียนวัดอุทุมพรวราราม (วัดไผ่แขก)



จากการที่ได้ไปศึกษาดูงานและจัดกิจกรรมที่โรงเรียนสุพรรณบุรีปัญญานุกูลและได้เข้าไปดูงานที่โรงเรียนวัดอุทุมพรวราราม ซึ่งเป็นโรงเรียนสำหรับเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษและเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องในด้านต่างๆ ส่วนโรงเรียนวัดอุทุมพรวรารามเป็นการเรียนรวม ทำให้ได้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนของเด็กเหล่านี้มากขึ้น ซึ่งความรู้ต่างๆเหล่านี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตในการประกอบอาชีพครูของเราได้เป็นอย่างดี เพราะเราเป็นครูเราต้องให้การศึกษากับเด็กทุกคน ทำให้ตัวของดิฉันเองมีความรู้เรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนมากขึ้น ทำให้ได้ตระหนักว่าในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเราต้องเน้นและให้ความสำคัญกับผู้เรียนเป็นหลัก ซึ่งการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษได้รวมถึงด้านกระบวนการสอน วิธีการสอน เนื้อหาวิชา (หลักสูตร) เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่สนองตอบต่อความสามารถ และความต้องการของเด็กพิเศษเป็นรายบุคคล โดยการเริ่มจากสังเกตพฤติกรรมทั่วไป และทำการประเมินความสามารถพื้นฐานของเด็ก เพื่อจัดวางแผนการจัดการศึกษาเฉพาะบุคคล (IEP : Individual Education Program) โดยเน้นการใช้เทคนิคการสอนทางการศึกษาพิเศษที่เหมาะสมกับปัญหา และความต้องการของเด็กเป็นรายบุคคล ในการจัดทำแผนการศึกษาเฉพาะบุคคล (IEP) ต้องมีการวางแผนการสอนด้วยความร่วมมือกันระหว่างผู้ปกครอง นักการศึกษาพิเศษ นักกิจกรรมบำบัด และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับเด็กพิเศษ เทคนิคการสอนเด็กพิเศษควรผสมผสานความเข้าใจด้านจิตวิทยาเด็กที่เหมาะสมต่อสภาพแวดล้อม ภาวะอาการ และความต้องการพิเศษของเด็ก ทั้งนี้เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการเรียนการสอนเด็กพิเศษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล หลังจากผ่านการประเมินจากแผนการศึกษาเฉพาะบุคคล (IEP) แล้ว จำเป็นต้องคำนึงถึงหลักสูตร และวัตถุประสงค์ของการเรียนรู้ในแต่ละรายวิชา โดยนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาจัดทำเป็นแผนการสอนรายบุคคล ซึ่งเน้นวิธีการสอน และกระบวนการสอนอย่างเป็นระบบ มีลำดับขั้นตอนการสอนในเนื้อหาสาระของแต่ละรายวิชา ทำการประเมินผลการเรียนไปพร้อม ๆ กันกับการปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการสอนหากพบข้อบกพร่องในการเรียนการสอน นอกจากนี้ ควรสนับสนุนให้เด็กสามารถเรียนรู้ และแก้ปัญหาด้วยตนเอง รวมถึงการเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กได้ใช้ความรู้ และแสดงความสามารถอย่างเต็มศักยภาพ มีการเสริมประสบการณ์พิเศษแก่เด็กเพื่อให้เด็กมี โลกทัศน์ที่กว้างขึ้นรวมถึงความสามารถในการช่วยเหลือตนเอง และสามารถดำรงชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างปกติสุข

ความรู้สึกและความประทับใจ จาการที่ได้ไปจักกิจกรรมและศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้ก็คือ ประทับใจการต้อนรับของคณะครูอาจารย์และน้องๆ ที่ให้การต้อนรับพวกเราเป็นอย่างดี และถึงแม้ว่าน้องๆที่เราไปจัดกิจกรรมให้นั้นเป็นเด็กพิเศษที่มีความบกพร่องในด้านต่างๆ แต่น้องยังให้ความร่วมมือในการทำกิจกรรมของพวกเราเป็นอย่างดีอาจมีน้องบางคนงอแงไปบ้าง การทำกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ทำให้ดิฉันรู้สึกภาคภูมิใจมากที่ได้ทำให้น้องมีความสุข ได้เห็นรอยยิ้มและเสียงหัวเราะของน้องๆ จนยากจะลืมเลือนทำให้ฉันมีความสุขกับสิ่งที่ทำและไม่รู้สึกเหนื่อย นอกจากนี้การไปโรงเรียนสุพรรณบุรีปัญญานุกูลครั้งนี้ทำให้ฉันได้รู้อีกว่ายังมีอีกสถานที่หนึ่งที่เต็มไปด้วยความจริงใจและมิตรภาพที่ยังมีอยู่ในสังคมปัจจุบัน อยากขอบคุณทุกร้อยยิ้มที่มาจากความจริงใจของน้องๆทุกคน สุดท้ายนี้ขอขอบพระคุณ รศ.ศุภานัน สิทธิเลิศ และอาจารย์จทุกท่าน ที่ได้ให้โอกาสดิฉันและเพื่อนๆ ศึกษาดูงานและทำกิจกรรมต่างๆในครั้งนี้
