ในความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวของดิฉัน , การร่างรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับ2016ขึ้นมานั้นต้องปรับปรุงกฎหมายบางกฎหมายที่ยังไม่ค่อยมีความชัดเจนมากนักหรือต้องเพิ่มบทลงโทษของบางกฎหมายที่ยังไม่แน่ชัดด้วย. ในส่วนตัวแล้วอยากจะให้รัฐสภาเพิ่มบทลงโทษหรือความเหมาะสมในเรื่องของกฎหมายคุ้มครองสัตว์ในประเทศไทยอยากให้มีการจัดตั้งคณะผู้ตรวจสอบที่ชัดเจนเพราะในปัจจุบันแล้วมีการประกอบอาชีพเกี่ยวกับสัตว์ที่ผิดกฎหมายและยังไร้การตรวจสอบที่ชัดเจนโดยเฉพาะกับสัตว์ป่าสงวนในป่าหรือกับสัตว์เลี้ยงที่นำมาฆ่าทำเป็นอาหาร ซึ่งการกระทำเช่นนี้ยังแสดงให้เห็นถึงความโหดร้ายและป่าเถื่อนมากในสังคมไทย ดังนั้นแล้วดิฉันจึงคิดว่าการร่างรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับ2016นอกจากจะเป็นกฎหมายของประชาชนแล้วอยากจะให้นำกฎหมายในเรื่องของการคุ้มครองสัตว์ป่าและสัตว์เลี้ยงมาพิจารณาด้วย
