งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อสื่อการเรียนรู้ ( Learning Material : English for Airline Business ) ของนักศึกษาสาขาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารสากล คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษาปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 (หลักสูตร4 ปี) และนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 (หลักสูตร 2 ปีเทียบโอน)สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารสากล มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 81 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ สื่อการเรียนรู้ ( Learning Material : English for Airline Business ) และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อสื่อการเรียนรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความคาดเคลื่อน ค่าความเชื่อมั่น จากผลการวิจัยพบว่านักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากและทั้ง 2 ด้าน คือ Pretest มีคะแนนสูงสุดอยู่ที่ 25 คะแนน คะแนนต่ำสุดอยู่ที่ 23 คะแนน Posttest มีคะแนนสูงสุดอยู่ที่ 29 คะแนนและคะแนนต่ำสุดอยู่ที่ 29 คะแนน และจากความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษา สื่อการเรียนรู้(Learning Material : English for Airline Business ) ในรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อธุรกิจการบิน อยู่ในระดับมาก
