การลากิจ หากพนักงานมีกิจธุระจำเป็นจริง ให้ยื่นใบลาล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 1วัน โดยผู้บังคับบัญชาอาจอนุมัติหรือไม่ก็ได้ โดยให้ลากิจในเรื่องต่างๆ โดยได้รับค่าจ้างดังนี้
1. ลาไปต่อและรับบัตรประชาชนไม่เกินครั้งละ 1 วันรวมแล้วไม่เกิน 2 วัน(เฉพาะกรณีบัตรหมดอายุปกติ)
2. ลาไปทำและรับใบขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ ครั้งละ 1 วัน รวมแล้วไม่เกิน 2 วัน
3.ลาไปทำและรับใบขับขี่รถยนต์ ครั้งละ 1 วันรวมแล้วไม่เกิน 2 วัน
4.ลาไปต่อ (กรณีบัตรหมดอายุ) และรับใบขับขี่รถจักรยายนต์หรือรถยนต์ไม่เกิน 1 วัน
5. ลาไปสมรสโดยถูกต้องตามกฎหมายได้ 6 วันทำงาน โดยได้รับค่าจ้าง ทั้งนี้พนักงานจะลาได้ครั้งเดียวตลอดระยะเวลาทำงานกับบริษัทฯ และต้องยื่นใบลาล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน รวมทั้งต้องนำหลักฐานใบทะเบียนสมรสมาแสดงต่อบริษัทฯ ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่กลับเข้ามาทำงาน
6. ลาเพื่อดูแลบุตร ในกรณีที่ภริยาของพนักงานคลอดบุตร ให้สามีซึ่งเป็นพนักงานของบริษัทฯ ลากิจดังกล่าวได้ 5 วัน โดยต้องนำหลักฐานในสูติบัตรของบุตรต่อบริษัทภายใน 15 วัน นับจากวันที่กลับเข้ามาทำงาน
7. กรณีบิดา มารดา คู่สมรสหรือบุตรธิดาของพนักงานเสียชีวิต พนักงานมีสิทธิลาได้ 6 วัน
