แซนวิชไส้ปูอัด





ส่วนผสม

1. ปูอัดหั่นฝอย ๆ หรือ ฉีก 2 อัน
2. น้ำสลัดมายองเนสใช้ทาขนมปัง 1/4 ถ้วย
3. เนยใช้ป้ายขนมปังคนให้ฟู 1/2 ถ้วย
4. ขนมปังหั่นแล้วตัดขอบออก 6 แผ่น
5. แครอทหั่นฝอย 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
6. หอมหัวใหญ่ 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ


วิธีทำ

1. นำขนมปังมาทาเนยด้านเดียว 3 แผ่น แล้วทามายองเนสทับอีกครั้ง
2. ผสมหอมหัวใหญ่สับ แครอทสับ ปูอัดฉีกฝอย และมายองเนส ผสมรวมกัน
3. ตักใส่บนแผ่นขนมปัง 2 แผ่นและเหลือแผ่นที่ไม่ใส่ไส้ 1 แผ่น นำประกบกันโดยวาง 2 แผ่นมีไส้และแผ่นไม่มีไส้ประกบกัน
4. ใช้มีดเลื่อยตัดเป็น 3 เหลื่ยมหรือ 4 เหลี่ยม ตามชอบ
