การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านต่างๆ ในการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของพนักงานปฏิบัติการส่วนงาน Dispatch Center บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่นจำกัด จำนวน 345 คน และผู้วิจัยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง จำแนกเป็นพนักงานปฏิบัติการ 6 แผนกย่อย โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ในส่วนของการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ มีดังนี้ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และสถิติอ้างอิง (Inference Statistics) ได้แก่ ค่า T-Test ค่า F-Test ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation Coefficient) รวมทั้งการสร้างตัวแบบการถดถอยเชิงเส้นตรงพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regressions)
