2. เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาเครื่องทำความเย็นและปรับอากาศ ของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา
3. เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษา และกำลังคนให้ตรงกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน
