บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการหล่อแหวน และสาเหตุที่ก่อให้เกิดของเสียในกระบวนการหล่อแหวนและหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาของเสียจากชนิดของข้อบกพร่องที่พบมากในช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน-สิงหาคม 2556 การศึกษาเบื้องต้นพบลักษณะของเสียดังนี้คือ ................................... และอื่นๆ
วิธีการดำเนินงานวิจัยโดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการออกแบบสัมภาษณ์และออกแบบสอบถามพนักงาน และวิเคราะห์ด้วยแผนภูมิก้างปลา พบสาเหตุหลักคือเกิดจากพนักงาน ขาดประสบการณ์ ขาดความเอาใจใส่ จำนวนพนักงานไม่เพียงพอและ พนักงานต้องทำงานเป็นกะเวลา ผู้วิจัยจึงได้กำหนดการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยใช้ Why-Why Analysis และใช้ 5W1H วางแผนดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยมีการจัดอบรมพนักงานใหม่ และจัดหาพนักงานเพิ่มเพื่อทำงานเป็นกะ และมีผู้ตรวจสอบเวลาปฏิบัติงานทำให้งานมีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
