บทนำ

ที่มาและความสำคัญ
อาเซียน หรือ สมาคมประชาชาติแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้(Association of south East Asian Nations) หรือ Asian ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยปฏิญญากรุงเทพ (Bangkok Declaration) ซึ่งได้มีการลงนามที่วังสราญรมย์ เมื่อวันที่ 8 สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2510 วัตถุประสงค์ของการก่อตั้งสมาคมอาเซียน คือ ส่งเสริมความเข้าใจสร้างสรรค์ความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางด้านเศรษฐกิจการพัฒนาทาง สังคมและวัฒนธรรมการกินดีอยู่ดีของประชาชนบนพื้นฐานของความเสมอภาคและผล ประโยชน์ร่วมกันของประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนได้ตั้งเป้าเป็นประชาคมสังคมและ วัฒนธรรมอาเซียนในปี 2558 โดยมุ่งหวังเป็นประชาคมที่มีประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง มีสังคมที่เอื้ออาทรและแบ่งปัน ประชากรอาเซียนมีสภาพความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีและมีการพัฒนาในทุกด้านเพื่อยกระดับ คุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนส่งเสริมการใช้ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอย่างยั่งยืน รวมทั้งส่งเสริมอัตลักษณ์อาเซียน (ASEAN Identity)เพื่อรองรับการเป็นประชาคมสังคม

ดังนั้นผู้จัดทำจึงต้องการพัฒนาโครงงานสร้างเว็บไซต์ รอบรู้เรื่อง”ASEAN” เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประชาคมอาเซียนที่ประเทศไทยจะเข้าร่วมใน ปีพุทธศักราช 2558 นี้ ผู้จัดทำได้ดำเนินงานตามขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานที่ได้วางแผนไว้ และได้นำเสนอเผยแพร่ผลงานผ่านทางเครือข่ายระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต ที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ทุกเวลา และทุกสถานที่ เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโลกออนไลน์และมีความรวดเร็วในการรับข้อมูลบุคคลทั่วไป สามารถเข้ารับชมได้เป็นเว็บไซต์ที่มีประโยชน์



1.2.วัตถุประสงค์

1.สร้างสื่อการเรียนด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์

2.ศึกษาการจัดทำโครงงานคอมพิวเตอร์

3.เพื่อเผยแพร่เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับประชาคมอาเซียน

4.เพื่อศึกษาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้สร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้



1.3.สมมติฐานของโครงงานเรื่องนี้

สามารถนำสื่อการเรียนการสอนอันนี้ไปใช้เพื่อการศึกษาของผู้ที่สนใจในรุ่นต่อๆไป
