เภสัชกรหรือหมอยา ซึ่งมีบทบาทหน้าที่สำคัญมากในชีวิตประจำวันเพราะเป็นปัจจัยพื้นฐานของมนุษย์ตั้งแต่เกิดจนแก่เฒ่า ฉันสังเกตว่าเมื่อเราไม่สบายส่วนใหญ่เราก็ไปร้านขายยาเป็นอันแรกเพื่อปรึกษาและขอคำแนะนำจากเภสัชกร ต่อมาหากมีอาการหนักก็จะไปที่โรงพยาบาล นั่นแสดงว่าเภสัชกรเป็นที่สำคัญไม่แพทย์หรือว่าพยาบาลเลย แต่นั้นไม่ใช่เหตุผลที่แท้จริงที่ข้าพเจ้าอยากศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์
        ข้าพเจ้ามีหลายเหตุผลและหลายแรงจูงใจอยากที่จะศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์  ประการหนึ่ง ข้าพเจ้าอยากจะศึกษาในสาชาวิชานี้เพราะว่า ข้าพอยากศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสารเคมีที่ใช้ทำยา การผลิตยาที่มีคุณภาพ หรือแม้กระทั่งคุณสมบัติของยาต่างๆ เพื่อบรรเทาอาการเมื่อเจ็บป่วย หรือ เสริมสร้างและซ่อมแซมส่วนที่เสียหายหรือผุผังไปและนำกลับมาใช้ได้เหมือนปกติ ประการที่สอง ข้าพเจ้าอยากจะดูแลบิดามารดาเมื่อยามท่านเจ็บป่วยหรือสามารถหายาที่เหมาะสมกับบุพการีของเราได้  ประการสุดท้ายซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ทำให้ข้าพอยากเป็นเภสัชกรนั่นคือ ข้าพเจ้ามีใจรักในอาชีพ มีความสุขกับมันและยิ้มเมื่อเห็นผู้ป่วยหายจากโรคและกลับบ้านได้ จากเหตุผลข้างต้นนี้ยังมีอีกหลายเหตุผลที่ยังมิได้กล่าวถึงอีกมากมาย
            ดังนั้นข้าพเจ้ามุ่งมั่นที่อยากจะศึกษาในคณะเภสัชศาสตร์นี้ เพื่อเป็นเภสัชกรที่มีความรู้ในด้านของยา การจ่ายยาและคำแนะนำการใช้ยาที่ถูกต้อง หรือแม้กระทั่งการผลิตยาที่มีคุณภาพ เพราะรอยยิ้มของผู้ป่วยคือความสุขของเรา
