การแจ้ง และ/หรือส่งมอบเอกสารเกี่ยวกับค่าบริการ ค่าตอบแทน และ/หรือผลประโยชน์ หรือเอกสารอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งโดยตรงต่อหน้า หรือทางไปรษณีย์ตอบรับ หรือทางจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หากฝ่ายที่ได้รับเอกสารไม่ทักท้วงเป็นหนังสือภายใน 15 วัน (สิบห้า) นับจากวันที่ได้ทราบ รับ หรือถือว่าได้รับเอกสารดังกล่าว ให้ถือว่ายอมรับทราบและยืนยันความถูกต้องตามข้อความในเอกสารดังกล่าวทั้งสิ้น ไม่ว่าเอกสารดังกล่าวจะเป็นเอกสารที่จัดทำขึ้นแต่ฝ่ายเดียวหรือไม่ก็ตาม
