เมื่อครบกำหนดเวลาตามสัญญานี้เเล้ว หรือสัญญาเช่าสิ้นสุดลง ผู้เช่าสัญญาว่าจะทำการขนย้ายทรัพย์สินเเละส่งมอบอาคารสำนักงาน หรือพื้นที่เช่าตามสัญญาคืนแก่ผู้ให้เช่าทันที โดยจะไม่เรียกร้องค่าขนย้ายหรือค่าตอบเเทนใดๆ จากผู้ให้เช่าทั้งสิ้น
