Since I insisted that I used to overstay, the consular had no choice but asked me to waiting for another 2 yes to let 10 years penalty over and I can come back to apply for the visa again. I don’t know what kind of answer you want him to fill. And he also has his aunt in San Francisco, Should he say yes he knows someone there and also a cousin with American citizen.
