การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อลักษณะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 เขตอำเภอกบินทร์บุรี
เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะองค์การ/ลักษณะผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อลักษณะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 เขตอำเภอกบินทร์บุรี เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ตัวแปรลักษณะองค์การ/ลักษณะผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อลักษณะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 เขตอำเภอกบินทร์บุรีตามลักษณะองค์การ/ลักษณะผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อลักษณะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 เขตอำเภอกบินทร์บุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาสายผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 เขตอำเภอกบินทร์บุรี
ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า จำนวน 75 ข้อ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) ค่าสถิติ F (One-way ANOVA) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ลักษณะองค์การ/ลักษณะผู้นำของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 เขตอำเภอกบินทร์บุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยสามอันดับแรก คือ ด้านความผูกพันต่อองค์การ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของผู้นำ และด้านการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนของผู้นำ ส่วนอันดับสุดท้ายคือ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ในองค์การ
2. ลักษณะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 เขตอำเภอกบินทร์บุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยสามอันดับแรก คือ ด้านการสนทนาและการอภิปราย รองลงมา คือ ด้านการเรียนรู้สภาพความเป็นจริงในปัจจุบัน และด้านการเรียนรู้ในวิธีการปฏิบัติ ส่วนอันดับสุดท้ายคือ ด้านการเรียนรู้ในวิธีการปฏิบัติ
3. ลักษณะองค์การ/ลักษณะผู้นำของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 เขตอำเภอกบินทร์บุรี มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ (X3) การบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนของผู้นำ (X4) การใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ในองค์การ (X1) การสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของผู้นำ (X5) และกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ (X2) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อลักษณะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 เขตอำเภอกบินทร์บุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
4. ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ (X3) การใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ในองค์การ (X1) การสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของผู้นำ (X5) การสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของผู้นำ (X5) และกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ (X2) สามารถพยากรณ์ลักษณะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 โดยเรียงลำดับการพยากรณ์จากตัวแปรที่ส่งผลมากที่สุดไปหาน้อยที่สุดได้ดังนี้ ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ (X3) การใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ในองค์การ (X1) การสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของผู้นำ (X5) การสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของผู้นำ (X5) และกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ (X2) ซึ่งตัวแปรทั้งห้าตัวนี้สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ลักษณะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 59.30 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีความคลาดเคลื่อน มาตรฐานในการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ .28
