สมาชิกระดับ R4.ขึ้นไปมีสิทธิ์วางฟาร์มพันธมิตร แต่ฉันอยากรู้ว่าสมาชิกที่จะร่วมสร้างจะต้องมีแค่ R4. หรือไม่ อีกกรณีคือ ต้องส่งทหารไปช่วยสร้างเหมือนการสร้างตึกพันธมิตรหรือไม่
