พิพิธภัณฑ์สิรินธร หรือพิพิธภัณฑ์ไดโนเสาร์ภูกุ้มข้าว เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์และศูนย์วิจัยเกี่ยวกับไดโนเสาร์ ที่สมบูรณ์แบบและใหญ่ที่สุดในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยได้รับพระราชทานนามจากสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ว่า "พิพิธภัณฑ์สิริธร" การจัดแสดงภายในอาคารแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 การกำเนิดโลก ส่วนที่ 2 การกำเนิดของสิ่งมีชีวิตซึ่งรวมถึงไดโนเสาร์ จนถึงการกำเนิดมนุษย์ ส่วนที่ 3 เป็นนิทรรศการหมุนเวียน

ปัจจุบันกำลังจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ “ซากดึกดำบรรพ์ปลาภูน้ำจั้น” ซึ่งเป็นซากปลาน้ำจืดโบราณพันธุ์ใหม่ของโลกซึ่งอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ มีชื่อว่า "เลปิโดเทส" มีความยาวประมาณ 30-60 เซนติเมตรอยู่ในยุคมีโซโซอิก หรือ 65 ล้านปีที่แล้ว ช่วงเดียวกับไดโนเสาร์
