ทำให้มีผลกระทบกับการจ่ายโบนัส จากเดิมรอบบัญชีจากมกราคมถึงธันวาคม จ่ายเดือนธันวาคม
โดยครอบคลุมตั้งแต่มกราคมถึงธันวาคม แต่เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนรอบบัญชีเป็นเมษายนถึงมีนาคม ทำให้ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่เมษายนถึงมีนาคม แต่บริษัทมีรอบจ่ายโบนัสเดือนธันวาคมอยู่ เนื่องจากไม่ต้องการให้พนักงานได้รับผลกระทบในการเปลี่ยนรอบบัญชี ดังนั้นบริษัทขอยืนยันการจ่ายโบนัสทุกปี ว่าครอบคลุมตั้งแต่เมษายนถึงมีนาคมปีถัดไป
