2. หลักการและเหตุผล
ใช้ห้องน้ำเสร็จควรราดโถส้วมให้เรียบร้อย และราดคอห่าน เพราะถ้าไม่ราดให้สะอาดจะส่งกลิ่นเหม็น รบกวน ต่อผู้เข้าใช้บริการห้องน้ำ และทำให้ห้องน้ำไม่น่าเข้าใช้ ไม่ทิ้งผ้าอนามัยหรือกระดาษทิชชูลงในโถส้วม เพราะอาจจะทำให้โถส้วมเกิดการอุดตันในโถส้วมและท่อน้ำ สิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นปัญหาให้แก่ผู้ทำความสะอาดและผู้เข้าใช้บริการห้องน้ำอีกด้วย
3. วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
1. เพื่อให้ห้องน้ำสะอาดและไม่มีกลิ่นเหม็น
2. เพื่อดึงดูดความสนใจของผู้เข้าใช้บริการห้องน้ำ
3. เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจต่อผู้เข้าใช้บริการห้องน้ำ
4. เพื่อทำให้ห้องน้ำไม่ส่งกลิ่นเหม็นต่อผู้คนที่อยู่ภายนอก

- ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็น ส่งกลิ่นเหม็นไปทั่วทั้งบริเวณใกล้เคียง อย่างเช่น โรงอาหาร ส่งกลิ่นรบกวน
