สินค้าที่นำมาเปลี่ยนหรือส่งซ่อมจะต้องมีสติกเกอร์การรับประกัน (Warranty Void Sticker)ของ SVOA หรือASYSเท่านั้น ซึ่งสินค้าทุกรายการต้องมี BarCode/Serial No.(หมายเลขเครื่อง)ติดอยู่บนตัวสินค้าในสภาพสมบูรณ์
