I’m sorry to bother you again. I would appreciate if you could help us about the IBS’s payment of our support on the first shipment.

Our team has spent a lot of time to work on this importing process and there are some documents that we have to issue based on our support. Since all cz invoices are written “Invoice to & Ship to Quyst”, on the accounting process we have to issue TWO tax invoices as follows.
1) Tax invoice to sell these products at landed cost to IBS. (Product cost: 587,549.75 + 7% VAT = 628,678.23 baht ) -> no extra charge from us to IBS
2) Tax invoice on Service charges of all importing documents under Quyst name. This one there must be the extra operating fee over all of our importing services including product cost, import duty and shipping cost. Our auditor confirms that this operating fee must be charged. We then decided to charge only 3%.
