การศึกษาเรื่อง “ศึกษาแนวทางแนวปฏิบัติงานด้วยทฤษฎีผังงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่กรมเจ้าท่า” จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 50 คน ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ครอบคลุมข้อมูลใน 3 ส่วน คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการกรมเจ้าท่า, แบบสอบถามระดับวัดความเข้าใจในการใช้ทฤษฎีผังงาน และคำถามปลายเปิดให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามแสดงความคิดเห็นหรือข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติม จากนั้นนำแบบสอบถามที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปด้านการวิเคราะห์ทางสังคมศาสตร์ คำนวณหา จำนวนนับ (numeral) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Division)วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา 1.เพื่อทำการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาแนวทางแก้ปัญหาในกรมเจ้าท่าด้วยทฤษฎีผังงาน(Flowchart Diagram) 2.เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่กรมเจ้าท่าจากการศึกษาพบว่า 1. การตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 50 ชุด พบว่าพนักงานกรมเจ้าท่า มีทัศนคติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 2.88 2. ผู้ที่มาติดต่อกรมเจ้าท่า มีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยในข้อต่างๆ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
