คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงให้ผู้จะซื้อเข้าพักอาศัยภายในห้องชุดอย่างเสมือนเป็นเจ้าของในระหว่างรอการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุด และเพื่อเป็นการตอบแทนที่ผู้จะขายตกลงยินยอมให้ผู้จะซื้อเข้าพักอาศัยในห้องชุดก่อนการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ ผู้จะซื้อตกลงปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไข ดังนี้
