1.Quiet residential area near Soka station no noise nor smell (Ueno & Asakusa is 20 min by train), and great location with multiple accesses to major subways.

2. High-speed, FREE & UNLIMITED portable Wi-Fi for the guests. This costs around 1000yen/day if you rent it at the airport. You can save the money. Other airbnb apartments usually set caps, but not here:)

3. You can leave the baggage before check-in
-Basically our check-in / out is 15:00 / 11:00. But after 11:00 you can leave the baggage and go sightseeing. If there are no previous guests, before 11:00 also you can leave the baggage. But please leave the room until 3pm for the cleaning company to clean the room.

4. Our team is multi-lingual team. We can use Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. You can talk with them about your tour plan and if you need reservation (Concert and Sport ticket etc.…)

5. A list of locals' recommendations for restaurants, bars, clubs, and other great places to visit not just in Asakusa but in other great parts of Tokyo.

The Neighborhood

Soka is not only known for producing Senbei. Being located close to a consumer filled Tokyo and having a once abundant source of water, Soka attracted industries that require large amounts of water. Two of the more prominent of these industries are leather craft and dyeing. The leather industry not only uses cowhide and pighide but also others such as reptile and shark skin and is often referred to as a leather museum. Artisans form the leather into finished products such as bags, shoes, clothes and many other products. The Soka Yukata summer kimono has been designated as a Saitama Prefectural cultural handmade artform and in the height of popularity in 1961 Soka produced 1/3 of the 10 million rolls of material dyed.
