บทคัดย่อ

วิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี จังหวังนนทบุรี จำแนกตามเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม การได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม การได้รับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเรียนการสอน กลุ่มตัวตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 80 คน เป็นการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงพรรณา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามภาวะสุขภาพจิต สำหรับ การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามภาวะสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่3 โดยดัดแปลงมาจากแบบสัมภาษณ์ดัชนีชี้วัดสุขภาพจิตคนไทยฉบับสั้น (Thai Mental Health Indicator – 15: THMI-15) แบบสอบถามการได้รับสิ่งอำนวยความ สะดวกด้าน การเรียนการสอนโดยดัดแปลงเครื่งมือมาจาก สุภาพ หวังข้อกลาง ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการได้รับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเรียนการสอน และ แบบทดสอบการได้รับแรง สนับสนุนทางสังคมโดยดัดแปลงเครื่องมือมาจาก สุภาพ หวังข้อกลาง ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ การได้รับแรงสนับสนุนนทางสังคม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละการเเจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต มัธยฐาน ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Pearson Chi - Square สถิติทดทดสอบสหสัมพันธ์ของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมกับ ภาวะสุขภาพจิต พบว่า ค่า Pearson Correlation เท่ากับ 0.087 ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง การได้รับ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเรียนกับภาวะสุขภาพจิตพบว่า ค่า Pearson Correlation เท่ากับ 0.132 และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับภาวะสุขภาพจิต พบว่า ค่า Pearson Correlation เท่ากับ 0.303

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่า 1.) เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมจำนวนและร้อยละของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำแนกตามช่วงเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมอยู่ในช่วง 2.51 – 3.00 มากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.5 2.)ภาวะสุขภาพจิตอยู่ในระดับปกติเท่ากับคนทั่วไปมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 76.25 3.)การได้รับแรงสนับสนุนอยู่ในระดับปานกลางมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.55 และ 4.)การได้รับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับปานกลางมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.3
