Abstract: the main purpose of this study was to study habits, consumption and satisfaction factors which affect the consumption of triterpenes of consumers in Khon Kaen province, using data from the consumer interview triterpenes of 100 that came in to buy a product in a store selling healthy products in Khon Kaen province by way of specific sampling.
