บรรดาคำบอกกล่าวตามสัญญานี้ ต้องทำเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และจะถือว่าได้ส่งไปโดยชอบแล้ว หากได้
จัดส่งโดยทางหนึ่งทางใดต่อไปนี้
6.1 ส่งมอบโดยบุคคลแก่ผู้แทนที่ได้รับมอบหมายของคู่สัญญาแต่ละฝ่าย
6.2 ทางโทรสาร

6.4 ทางจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

ณ สถานที่ซึ่งคู่สัญญาระบุไว้ท้ายสัญญานี้ บรรดาคำบอกกล่าวที่จัดส่งโดยทางโทรสารและจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะถือว่าได้จัดส่งให้แล้ว ถ้าได้รับการยืนยันเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรตามมาโดยเร็วที่สุดอีกครั้งหนึ่งในเวลาต่อมาเท่านั้น
