วัชระ สัจจะสารสิน เป็นนามปากกาของ "วัชระ เพชรพรหมศร" เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 9 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2518 ที่อำเภอควนเนียง จ.สงขลา รับราชการสังกัดสำนักงานศาลปกครอง และเขียนเรื่องสั้นเป็นงานอดิเรก ได้รับรางวัลซีไรต์ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2551 จาก รวมเรื่องสั้น “เราหลงลืมอะไรบางอย่าง”
เรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาที่โรงเรียนบ้านควนเนียงเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2524 เรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ที่โรงเรียนมหาวชิราวุธ จังหวัดสงขลา เรียนปริญญาตรี คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2536 รุ่น 45 เรียนปริญญาโท คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2540 และเรียนปริญญาตรี คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2545
เคยทำงานพิสูจน์อักษรในสำนักพิมพ์นาคร และประจำกองบรรณาธิการนิตยสารไรเตอร์แม็กกาซีน สมัยที่กนกพงศ์ สงสมพันธุ์เป็นบรรณาธิการ
