การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานทั่วไป ประชากรที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าเป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนจำนวน 78 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานทั่วไปเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก
(μ = 3.59 ) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์งานการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก (μ = 3.82 ) รองลงมาคือการมีส่วนร่วมด้านการระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อการศึกษา (μ = 3.65 ) และด้านการดูแลอาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม (μ = 3.61 ) ส่วนด้านการวางแผนการบริหารงานการศึกษามีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด
