การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ดำเนินการใน 2 ขั้นตอนดังนี้
3.4.1 ทดลองประกอบเพื่อหาเวลาที่ใช้ในการประกอบถังขยะพับเก็บ
เครื่องมือที่ใช้บันทึกข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลการทดลองเพื่อหาเวลาที่ใช้ในการประกอบถังขยะพับเก็บ (แสดงในภาคผนวก ก หน้า17) โดยมีผู้ทดลอง 5 คน ทดลองประกอบคนละ 5 ครั้ง บันทึกข้อมูลเวลาที่ใช้ในแต่ละครั้ง ลงในใบบันทึกข้อมูล
3.4.2 ประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้เกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อถังขยะพับเก็บ ดำเนินการโดยให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งเป็นพนักงานทำความสะอาด วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอุตสาหกรรมการต่อเรือนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 3 คน และผู้ประกอบการเต๊นท์เช่า จำนวน 2 คน ได้ดูและทดลองถอดประกอบถังขยะพับเก็บ แล้วแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อ ถังขยะพับเก็บ
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้เกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อ ถังขยะพับเก็บ เป็นแบบประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ (แสดงในภาคผนวก ก หน้า 18)

3.5 การวิเคราะห์และสรุปผลข้อมูล
