Please investigate FLT FD3240/29JUL URT/DMK as per FD team found 1 seafood shipment contained with water has leaked in cargo Compt.(see attachment for more details)
In this regards, we would like to make a report to FD and find out the preventive action to avoid such IRR which would not happened again.

Also, please check supported photo when our staff handle above FLT and cargo details as much as possible.
