ความเป็นมาและความสำคัญ
จากการศึกษาข้อมูลจากหนังสือและสื่อการเรียนรู้ต่างๆได้ทราบว่า สับปะรดนั้นมีประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพเรามาก สามารถช่วยย่อยอาหาร อย่างหมูและเนื้อสัตว์ให้นุ่มโดยเฉพาะเนื้อสัตว์ที่ช่วยในการย่อยยากเหล่านี้จะทำให้ผู้บริโภคเกิดอาหารปวดท้อง ยังแก้ท้องอืด ท้องเสียได้โดยสับปะรดนี้สามารถช่วยในการย่อยของเนื้อสัตว์พวกนี้ได้ และสับปะรดยังมีใยอาหารช่วยระบายและ ดูดซับสารพิษ ในร่างกายออกไปอีกด้วย สับปะรดนั้นเป็นผลไม้ที่มี วิตามินซี ช่วย บำรุงผิวพรรณแถมยังช่วยอาการโรคเลือดออกตามไรฟันหรือแก้ปัญหาของเหงือกบวมได้นอกจากนี้ช่วยใน การลดความอ้วน..........(เพิ่มข้อมูลอื่นๆเองตามต้องการเกี่ยวกับสับปะรด ) สับปะรด เป็นผลไม้ที่หารับประทานได้ในบ้านเราตลอดทั้งปี
ดังนั้นผู้ศึกษาจึงต้องการศึกษาหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับสับปะรด เพื่อใช้ผลไม้ในธรรมชาติดูแลสุขภาพได้อย่างง่ายๆ …………………………………………

วัตถุประสงค์ของการโครงงาน
1. เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของสับปะรด
2. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจสูตรของน้ำสับปะรดเพื่อสุขภาพ
ขอบเขตของโครงงาน
1. รายวิชาการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอ ( IS 2 ) กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา
2. ประชากรในการทำโครงงาน ครั้งนี้คือนักเรียนโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ เตรียมอุดมศึกษาน้อมเกล้า
