 ตอนที่  1  ศึกษาระดับค่าความเป็นกรดของน้ำผลไม้เมื่อนำมาผสมและเรียงลำดับจากค่ามากไปหาค่าน้อย

     นำมะนาว  ส้ม  สับปะรด  มาคั้นให้ได้น้ำเมื่อได้น้ำผลไม้ทั้ง 3 ชนิด แล้วให้นำมาผสมกันตามสัดส่วนดังนี้

      นำน้ำสับปะรดไปผสมกับน้ำมะนาว ในปริมาณ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะเท่ากัน

      นำน้ำส้มไปผสมกับน้ำมะนาว ในปริมาณ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะเท่ากัน

นำน้ำส้มไปผสมกับน้ำสับปะรด ในปริมาณ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะเท่ากัน


เมื่อนำไปผสมตามสัดส่วนแล้ว คนให้เข้ากันแล้วทดสอบหาระดับค่าความเป็นกรดด้วยกระดาษลิตมัส บันทึกผลการทดลองที่ได้

 โดยการเรียงลำดับระดับค่าความเป็นกรด จากค่ามากไปหาค่าน้อย
