ในปัจจุบันวิชาภาษาอังกฤษมีความจำเป็นต่อประเทศไทยเนื่องจากเราได้เข้าสู่สมาคมอาเซียน ภาษาอังกฤษจึงมีความสำคัญอย่างมากเพราะมันเป็นภาษาสากลที่ใช้สื่อสารกันทั่วโลก
สังคมไทยเรามีความต้องการบุคลากรครูเป็นจำนวนมากและที่สำคัญมีครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษไม่เพียงพอต่อโรงเรียน
จึงส่งผลกระทบต่อระบบการศึกษา นักเรียนไม่ได้เรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเท่าที่ควร

ฉันเกิดมาเพื่อที่จะเป็นครู เพราะฉันอยากเป็นครูเหมือนแม่เพราะฉันมีแม่เป็นแรงบันดาลใจ แม่ฉันเป็นครูต่างอำเภอ ฉันมีโอกาสได้ไปดูแม่สอนนักเรียน ฉันเห็นแววตานักเรียนแพรวพราวเวลาที่แม่ฉันสอนพวกเค้า ฉันรู้สึกว่าฉันรักในอาชีพครู ฉันกำลังเรียนครุศาสตร์ภาษาอังกฤษที่มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมาเพื่อที่ฉันจะได้มีความรู้และฉันจะได้นำความรู้นี้ไปถ่ายทอดให้กับนักเรียนในอนาคต เหนือสิ่งอื่นใดถ้าหากฉันไปเที่ยวต่างประเทศฉันยังสามารถใช้ความรู้ที่มีไปใช้สนทนากับชาวต่างชาติ ฉันต้องการมีโรงเรียนสอนพิเศษเป็นของตัวเองแต่ฉันต้องมีวิชาความรู้มากกว่านี้

ในอนาคตฉันจึงอยากเป็นครูเพื่อที่ฉันจะได้พัฒนาความรู้ให้กับนักเรียนเพราะทุกวันนี้นักเรียนมีความรู้พื้นฐานน้อยและขาดทักษะฟังพูดอ่านเขียนและการเป็นครูนั้นฉันยังได้เรียนรู้อย่างไม่มีที่สิ้นสุดเพราะเมื่อไหร่ที่เราหยุดค้นคว้าหาความรู้ เมื่อนั้นเราก็ไม่ต่างอะไรกับน้ำล้นแก้ว ดังนั้นการเป็นครูที่ดีเราก็ต้องรักในอาชีพ และมอบสิ่งดีๆให้แก่นักเรียน
