การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Learning) เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อถือได้ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Learning) เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อถือได้ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนจากการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Learning) เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อถือได้ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Learning) ในการดำเนินการวิจัยเพื่อให้ได้บทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Learning) เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อถือได้ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 3 สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 34 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างในครั้งนี้เป็นการการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling)
การวิจัย เรื่อง การพัฒนาบทเรียนเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Learning) เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อถือได้ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS เมื่อทำการพัฒนาระบบเสร็จสิ้นสามารถสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ผลการพัฒนาระบบ ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งขอบเขตได้ 2 ส่วน 1) ขอบเขตของระบบ ประกอบด้วย การเข้าใช้งานระบบ และการเรียนบทเรียนในโปรแกรม แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน – หลังเรียน โปรแกรม SPSS และวีดีโอตัวอย่างการใช้งาน 2) ขอบเขตของผู้ใช้ระบบ จะแบ่งการใช้งานตามสิทธิ์ที่สามารถใช้งาน ในส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถกำหนดสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งาน รวมทั้งดูรายละเอียดภายในบทเรียนได้ทั้งหมด และสิทธ์ ในการดูคะแนนสอบ และผลการประเมิน ในส่วนของสมาชิก สามารถเข้าใช้งานบทเรียนได้ เช่น สืบค้นเนื้อหา ทำแบบทดสอบบทเรียน แบบประเมิน และส่วนผู้ใช้ทั่วไปสามารถดูข้อมูลในบทเรียนได้เท่านั้น แต่ไม่สามารถเข้าใช้งานระบบได้ นอกจากสมัครสมาชิก และผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจ ในการทดสอบระบบ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้งาน สรุปความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเท่ากับ 4.62 และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียน E-learning มีความแตกต่างที่ระดับ .05 เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้และการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน ที่มีต่อระบบ สามารถสรุปได้ว่า บทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Learning) เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อถือได้ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS ที่พัฒนาขึ้น เป็นที่พึงพอใจในระดับมาก และสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
