หากตรวจพบว่าสินค้าไม่ได้คุณภาพตามกำหนดผู้ซื้อมีสิทธิไม่รับสินค้าและไม่ชำระค่าสินค้าที่ไม่ได้คุณภาพ ผู้ขายต้องดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้แก่ผู้ซื้อทันทีโดยค่าใช้จ่ายเป็นของผู้ขายทั้งหมด และหากผู้ซื้อได้รับความเสียหายและมีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆผู้ขายจะต้องชดใช้ให้แก่ผู้ซื้อทั้งสิ้น
