ศึกษาความต้องการและการเข้าถึงการแพทย์แผนไทยในเขตบริการของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อจัดระบบบริการในการรักษาพยาบาลด้วยการแพทย์แผนไทยและเป็นทางเลือกของประชาชนตำบลท่าทองในการเข้าถึงการรับบริการในการรักษาพยาบาลด้วยการแพทย์แผนไทยของประชาชนในพื้นที่ตำบลท่าทอง อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดพิษณุโลกโดยใช้วิธี สำรวจสอบถาม สัมภาษณ์ สนทนา และประชุมกลุ่มย่อยกับพนักงานสำนักงานจำนวน 25 ราย กลุ่มแม่ค้าพ่อค้า 20 ราย กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ35 รายรวมทั้ง 3 กลุ่มจำนวน 80 รายคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ซึ่งยังไม่มีความเข้าใจบทบาทหน้าที่และการรักษาของการแพทย์แผนไทย
ผลการศึกษาพบกลุ่มพนักงานสำนักงาน กลุ่มแม่ค้าพ่อค้า กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ ส่วนมากมีความเข้าใจว่าการแพทย์แผนไทยเป็นเพียงการนวดและขายยาสมุนไพร เมื่อมีการให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแพทย์แผนไทยสามารถ รักษากลุ่มอาการโรคได้ เช่น กลุ่มโรคทางเดินอาหาร กลุ่มอาการติดขัดโดยไม่ต้องผ่าตัด จากการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย การสนทนา และการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่ากลุ่มพนักงานสำนักงานมีอาการติดขัดต้องการรักษา 20 รายคิดเป็นร้อยละ 80 ไม่ต้องการรักษา 5 รายคิดเป็นร้อยละ 20 กลุ่มแม่ค้าพ่อค้ามีอาการโรคทางเดินอาหารและอาการติดขัด 20 ราย ต้องการรักษา 17 รายคิดเป็นร้อยละ 85 ไม่ต้องการรักษา 3 รายคิดเป็นร้อยละ 15 กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุมีอาการโรคทางเดินอาหารและติดขัดต้องการรักษา 35 รายคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 มีความต้องการเข้ารับบริการแพทย์แผนไทย แต่ละกลุ่มมีปัญหาเรื่องของเวลาในการเข้ารับบริการ ถ้าเปิดบริการตามเวลาปกติโดยไม่คำนึงถึงปัจจัยเหล่านี้จะทำให้กลุ่มคนที่เข้ามารักษาไม่เป็นไปตามคาดหวังในการแก้ปัญหา ผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำรูปแบบ(Model)ระบบบริการของการแพทย์แผนไทยขึ้นโดยมีรูปแบบดังนี้ 1.โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ผสมผสาน(รพ.สส.พท.) 2.การรักษาอาการเจ็บป่วยที่แพทย์แผนไทยดูแลรักษาได้ผล 3.แนวทางการรักษาด้วยแพทย์แผนไทย 4.เพิ่มช่องทางการเข้าถึงบริการ 5.การส่งต่อ 6.ตัวชี้วัด 7.ติดตามประเมินผล รูปแบบระบบบริการของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลท่าทองสามารถก่อประโยชน์แก่สถานพยาบาลของรัฐและประชาชนตำบลท่าทองในการดูแลสุขภาพให้เป็นอีกทางเลือกของประชาชนและมีรูปแบบชัดเจนในการให้บริการรักษาด้วยการแพทย์แผนไทยระดับตำบล และเตรียมความพร้อมในการถ่ายโอนภารกิจสู่องค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่นนำไปใช้ในโอกาสต่อไป
