การฝึกงานครั้งนี้ ข้าพเจ้าได้รับมอบหมายให้ทำงานในตำแหน่ง พนักงานทั่วไป ซึ่งมีหน้าที่ความรับผิดเกี่ยวกับงานดังนี้
1) ดูแลแปลงนาข้าวสาธิต
2) บรรจุข้าวสารหอมมะลิขนาด 5 กิโลกรัม
3) รดน้ำกล้าข้าวพันธุ์ต่างๆ เช้า – เย็น
4) ทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
ผลของการปฏิบัติงาน สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ครบถ้วนตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล

ผลการปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สามารถปฏิบัติได้ครบถ้วนตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ทั้งนี้เป็นเพราะ ข้าพเจ้าได้นำความรู้ที่ได้เรียนในรายวิชาการผลิตข้าว ได้แก่ การผลิตข้าว และการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าว มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน จึงทำให้ผลการปฏิบัติงานมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนั้นข้าพเจ้ายังได้ใช้หลักมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ในการทำงานโดยมีความรับผิดชอบ มีน้ำใจ จึงทำให้การทำงานประสบผลสำเร็จมากยิ่งขึ้น

ปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะ
ปัญหา อุปสรรคที่พบ มีดังนี้
1) ในการปฏิบัติงานบางครั้งต้องปฏิบัติงานกับพนักงานชาวต่างชาติ อาจทำให้มีการสื่อสารที่คาด-คลาด ส่งผลให้ปฏิบัติงานได้ช้าลง
2) ในการปฏิบัติงานสภาพอากาศอาจไม่อำนวยในการปฏิบัติงานมากนัก เช่น อากาศร้อนเกินไป
ข้อเสนอแนะในการนำวิชาความรู้จากการฝึกงานไปประกอบอาชีพ
1) สามารถนำความรู้ไปประกอบวิชาชีพให้จริง เช่น การผลิดเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวสร้างรายได้
2) สามารถนำเผยแผ่ให้กับบุคคลที่สนใจ
ข้อเสนอแนะในการฝึกงานครั้งต่อไป
- ควรเพิ่มระยะเวลาการฝึกงานในสถานประกอบการ
