บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาเรื่องแนวทางการอนุรักษ์ประเพณีกินผักในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลตลาดใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต ประชากรได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลตลาดใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 54,877 คน และได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 200 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบโควต้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการ บรรยายการแจกแจงค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประเพณีกินผัก ส่วนใหญ่ประชาชนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจทั้งด้านสังคม ประเพณี วัฒนธรรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่มีความสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้น มีความเคารพนับถือและการปฎิบัติตนต่อประเพณีกินผักมาตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน
