บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความตระหนักของประชาชนผู้ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราต่อมลพิษสิ่งแวดล้อมจากการทิ้งซากโทรศัพท์มือถือ และแบตเตอรี่เสื่อมสภาพ และศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นต่อการทิ้งซากโทรศัพท์มือถือและแบตเตอรี่เสื่อมสภาพ ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในวิจัย คือประชาชนในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 624 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญตามเวลาที่สะดวก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประชาชนผู้ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง
20-29 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพเป็นนักเรียน/นักศึกษา เป็นประชาชนในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราทั้งหมด ส่วนมากอาศัยอยู่ในอำเภอเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา มีรายได้ต่อเดือนน้อยกว่า 9,000 บาท ผู้ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือมีความคิดเห็นในระดับเห็นด้วยในการทิ้งซากแบตเตอรี่ที่จุดรวมของเสียอันตรายหรือถังขยะฝาสีแดง รัฐบาลควรสนับสนุนให้มีโรงงาน
