ทางฝ่ายบุคคลได้เพิ่มจุด Finger Scanใหม่ โดย ติดตั้งเครื่องใหม่ที่หน้าห้อง IC ดังนั้นพนักงานที่ทำงานล่วงเวลาและมีการขอ OT ก่อนเข้าทำงานและหลังเลิกงาน ฝ่ายHRขอเรียนแจ้งให้พนักงานไป Finger Scan ที่จุดดังกล่าว โดยในช่วงแรกทางฝ่ายบุคคลจะเริ่มทดสอบระบบตั้งแต่วันพฤหัสที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2558 ถึง วันพฤหัสที่ 13 สิงหาคม 2558
หมายเหตุ-พนักงานยังคงต้องทำเอกสารการขอ OT มาส่งให้ฝ่ายบุคคล ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นตรวจสอบควบคู่กับระบบ Finger Scan ในการแสดงเวลาการทำงานล่วงเวลา และการเข้า-ออกบริษัทนอกเวลาปกติ
