โครงงานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ซึ่งกลุ่มของข้าพเจ้าได้ศึกษาเรื่องข้าวต้มมัด โดยกลุ่มของข้าพเจ้ามีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสืบสานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นโดยกลุ่มของข้าพเจ้าได้ศึกษาความเป็นมาของข้าวต้มมัดที่มีความเป็นมาหลายสิบปี และเรียนรุการทำข้าวต้มมัดซึ่งได้รู้ว่าการทำข้าวต้มมัดนั้นไม่ยาก วัสดุก็หาง่ายในท้องถิ่นและเป็นวัสดุธรรมชาติซึ่งได้ศึกษาและเมื่อลงมือปฏิบัติ สมาชิกทุกคนจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่จะมาทำซึ่งอยู่ในสวนหลังบ้าน
