จึงได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในเดือน มิถุนายน 2014 ที่ผ่าน พบว่า
1. เกิดจากผู้ช่วยฝ่ายคลัง ทำหน้าที่ออกใบกำกับสินค้า ออกใบกำกับสินค้าไม่ตรงกับสินค้าที่จัดส่งไปจริง สาเหตุเกิดจากไม่มีการตรวจทานกับpacking slip
2. ฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ ทำหน้าที่ตรวจสอบสินค้า 100% check ตรวจสอบสินค้าไม่รอบคอบ ทำให้มีการใช้carton ที่พิมพ์ผิดปนไปยังลูกค้า
