4.3 ผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง และ/หรือเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณชน ซึ่งงานแพร่ภาพแพร่เสียง โสตทัศนวัสดุ และ/หรือสิ่งบันทึกเสียงของศิลปิน ที่จัดทำขึ้นภายใต้บันทึกข้อตกลงนี้
4.4 ผู้ว่าจ้างรับทราบว่าจะไม่ดำเนินการใดๆแก่งานอันมีลิขสิทธิ์ของศิลปิน ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดความเสื่อมเสียแก่ชื่อเสียงและเกียรติคุณของศิลปิน
